Yes, skin problems can turn into major skin diseases. If we do not take proper care of them, more skin issues occur during the winter season. There are some common skin problems in winter, Acne, Eczema, chapped Lips, Windburn, Cold Urticaria, Dandruff 

 

These are some skin related diseases that are   
 caused by skin problems.

Melanoma - Melanoma is a serious form of skin Cancer that begins in cells known as melanocytes
                     
Cellulitis -  Cellulitis usually affects the lower legs, But it can occur on the face, arms, and other areas. The infection happens when a break in the skin allows bacteria to enter.
 
Fungal skin infections - They usually affect your skin, hair mucous membranes but they can also infect your lungs or other parts of your body.

How can skin problems be prevented so that they do not become skin diseases?

Hydration -  Keep your skin moisturized, especially in the winter season. So that the skin does not crack and get inflammation.

Sun Protection - Use sunscreen daily to protect against harmful UV rays, Which can worsen existing skin conditions and even create new skin problems

Gentle Skin Care - Avoiding harsh chemicals, scrubbing, and over-washing the skin. This can damage the skin barrier and worsen conditions like eczema, acne, or cold urticaria

Consult a Dermatologist -  If you experience constant or harsh skin problems, look for professional advice. 

Easy and Simple skincare routine in winter

Here is a simple winter skincare routine that is easy to follow and perfect for keeping your skin hydrated and protected during the winter months. It is crucial to know your skin type before following this routine.

  1.  Cleanse -Use a gentle, hydrated  cleanser that won’t dry out your skin, To remove dirt and oil
  2. Toner - After cleansing, Apply the toner on a cotton pad or directly on your face and gently massage all over your face.

  3. Moisturize -  Put a tiny bit of moisturizer on your palm and warm it up. Apply on your face and gentle circular strokes

  4.  Sunscreen - Apply sunscreen after moisturizer, apply generously 15 to 30 minutes before going outside
